KE Circle is an "Open Space" for focused inquiries initiated and facilitated by any community member who wish to explore a specific question not featured in the Fair's program.

Open Space meetings will take place throughout the 4 weeks of the Fair. Participants will co-create an agenda reflecting the questions and ideas which are most engaging to them. Open Space has been used extensively in face-to-face settings. Knowledge Ecology Fair 98 will give us an opportunity to explore how this dynamic process can be used online.

These conversations will be "harvested" so that summaries, excerpts, and highlights will be placed in the Cybrary for the benefit of all community members
