FIRST ON-LINE CONFERENCE TO SHOWCASE USE OF THE INTERNET --Experience the New Cutting-Edge Management Trend of Knowledge Ecology-- BEN LOMOND, Calif., Jan. 15, 1998 ó Community Intelligence Labs, a pioneer in the new management field of knowledge ecology, and Metasystems Design Group, a veteran of virtual event design, will launch the on-line Knowledge Ecology Fair í98 on Feb. 2 at http://www.co-i-l.com/kefair. This first-of-its-kind web event will showcase how companies can use the Internet to create collaborative work environments for competitive advantage. Participants from Intel, Hughes Space & Communication, Sun Microsystems and Skandia will share their experiences with knowledge ecology, a new field of management that creates electronic communities among employees to facilitate the sharing of best practices. "The conference will enable business executives to experience first-hand a collaborative on-line culture," said George PÛr, founder of Community Intelligence Labs and the virtual conference.
