Knowledge and Self-Organization ,
We cannot "manage" knowledge the way we have managed physical materials in
the past. Knowledge is messy, it is slippery, it seeks community - it has all the
qualities of a self-organizing system. So what are we to do when we "manage" this
very slippery commodity? Let's explore through dialogue how new science and
systems thinking can help us find simpler, more elegant ways of working with
knowledge.
