George Pór, Founder of Community Intelligence Labs, has completed an 18-month stay as Visiting Senior Research Fellow at INSEAD, one of the world's most prestigious executive development center near Paris. During his stay he further developed an architecture and methodology for a virtual Collaboration Campus and had a chance to test and refine it in various organizational contexts, including a project funded by the European Commission.

A sister company of CoIL, CommunityIntelligence Ltd was established in September 2002, in Europe, with offices in Newcastle and Paris. In the new configuration, CoIL is becoming an R&D thinknet, a pure "intellectual capital" play, and CommunityIntelligence Ltd will become a prime provider of products and services to communities of practice and other markets for augmenting collective intelligence.
