The transformation of command-and-control companies into living
and adaptive social organisms became the main condition of survival in the complex
and rapidly moving requirements of our networked economy.
What will make companies able to continually synch with
the ever-changing requirements of the market ecosystem and its new rules of the game?
The key is in "drawing from all the many reservoirs of people, applications and resources,
the elements that make up the nervous system and collective intelligence of the firm."
(Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Annual Report 2001)
Welcome, CGEY! Seriuosly. That quote is a sign that Community Intelligence Labs were only
6 years ahead of the market when I published The Quest for Collective Intelligence, in "Community
Building: Renewing Spirit and Learning in Business" (New Leaders Press,
1995).
Since then, we’ve developed a small, coherent and modular family of services, each member
of which is dedicated to bring its contribution to the same task: Enabling
organizations to grow a better nervous system and more capable collective intelligence.
I am happy to introduce them to you:
Before deciding about which of our services may be of interest to you, it would be a good
idea to glance through all 5 to prioritize their importance in your context.
